Who we are
Matchday is a football management game operated at matchday2.com. In these terms, “Matchday”, “we”, and “us” mean the operator of that site and game.
Payments for transfer-fund packs are taken by Paddle, who is the merchant of record. Paddle’s checkout, invoices, VAT, and payment support sit with Paddle. See Paddle’s buyer terms.

The game
Matchday is a football management game. You take charge of a club, pick a squad, play matches, and deal with transfers, wages, and the season. You can play without buying anything.
Accounts
An account is tied to the email you sign in with. Careers on that account stay private to you. You must keep your password safe. You must be old enough to use the service in your country. You must be 18 or over to buy transfer-funds packs, or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase.
Transfer-funds packs
Optional one-time packs add in-game transfer funds to your Matchday account. They are digital content, not cash, and have no real-world value. They cannot be traded, gifted, or withdrawn. Once you assign a pack to a career, that career is the only place it can go.

Prices are in pounds sterling. Tax is calculated at checkout for your location. The pack is added to your account only after Paddle confirms the payment. There are no subscriptions.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, share an account, try to forge a payment, or use the game to break the law. We may suspend an account that does.
Refunds
Refunds are described in the refund policy. Statutory rights are not affected.
Liability
The game is provided as it stands. We work to keep it available, but we do not promise uninterrupted play. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may update the game and these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protections of the country where you live.
